An often-ignored verse in the Torah commands us to “rebuke” those who have done wrong.The word “rebuke” sounds harsh and harmful. Yet Jewish dialogue experts find in the literature of tochacha/rebuke a profoundly wise and useful approach to offering constructive feedback and challenge in a way that actually fosters loving relationship.
